The Hiring Need

Motili was growing rapidly, which required the company to ramp up quickly with quality people who could help the team keep up. Amy Molligi likes to work with recruiters because she prefers a trial period with new candidates before hiring them. However, the recruiters she worked with were not sending the caliber of people she needed to support her team. Since that initial contact, Century Group has helped Motili hire six full-time procurement, accounting and finance professionals. Molligi says, "Our procurement team would not exist if it weren't for them.
