The Hiring Need

In the hands of a new CEO, COO and Senior HR Manager, Mancini's SleepWorld entered a phase of rapid expansion. It grew from 42 to 49 stores in less than two years while revamping its branding and marketing strategy. They needed quality team members quickly to keep up with the growth. As the new head of HR, Roger Zamora had experience working with recruiters and knew he needed the support of a motivated team.
